Purpose of the Subscription
This subscription is a way to support me personally as an independent creator.
Rewards are extra perks to thank supporters, not a guaranteed service or product.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to subscribe and access any supporter-only content.
By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Rewards & Availability
Rewards may include access to private channels on my Discord server or other digital perks.
Rewards are offered on a best-effort basis. I will do my best to provide them regularly, but there may be delays or pauses due to personal, family, health, or other reasons.
The amount and frequency of rewards may depend on the level of support received.
Payments & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed quarterly or monthly, depending on your choice.
You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, your current subscription period will continue until its end, after which access will stop.
Payments are non-refundable once you access to the content on Discord.
In the United States, this subscription is considered a voluntary support contribution. By subscribing, you acknowledge that no specific service or product is being sold, and you waive any right to refunds to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Payment Processing
Payments are handled securely by an external payment processor. I do not store or have access to your full payment details (such as credit card numbers or bank information).
By subscribing, you agree to the payment processor’s own terms and privacy policy.
Content & Access Rules
All subscriber-only content is strictly reserved for active, paying subscribers.
Sharing, copying, reselling, recording, or publicly distributing subscriber-only content in any form is strictly forbidden.
If you are found leaking, redistributing, or misusing subscriber-only content:
You will be immediately banned and lose all access without refund.
You may be permanently blacklisted from any future access.
Serious violations may result in legal action to protect my rights.
Some content may later be made public, but subscriber-exclusive access is only for current valid subscribers.
I am not responsible for any technical issues, outages, or platform restrictions (Discord, payment processor, etc.) that may temporarily affect access to rewards.
All subscriber-only content is protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access it while subscribed.
Limitations & Responsibility
This is a support-based system. No specific service, product, or delivery is guaranteed.
I am not liable for any loss, damage, or unmet expectations that may arise from the subscription.
Data Protection & Privacy
By subscribing, you agree that I may collect and process the necessary information required for managing your subscription (such as your email, payment status, and Discord ID if applicable).
Your personal data will never be sold, shared, or used for purposes other than subscription management, communication, and reward delivery.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your data is processed based on your consent and for fulfilling the management of your subscription.
Data is retained only as long as your subscription is active, and for 10 years for legal reasons, tax, or accounting obligations.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, except for data that must be retained for legal compliance.
Some services used for subscription management (such as Discord or the payment processor) may store data outside the European Union. These providers follow international data protection frameworks such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Changes & Updates
I reserve the right to change or adjust rewards, subscription options, or these terms at any time.
Updated terms will apply to all ongoing subscriptions. If changes significantly affect your rights, you will be notified when possible.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any legal dispute shall be handled by the competent courts of that country, unless local laws require otherwise.
